Introduction
Press lorry containing 2 middle floors to store 3 stacks of foam blocks.
First phase : The two intermediate floors rises up together with the roof and so the loading height, under the lower intermediate floor, of 3 blocks of 1.2 m is available. After hydraulically compressing, in one step, both intermediate floors , together with the roof returns in their normal position where the lower intermediate floor is mechanically locked.
Second phase : The upper intermediate floors rises up together with the roof and so the loading height of 3 blocks of 1.2 m is available above the lower intermediate floor. After hydraulically compressing, in one step, the upper intermediate floors , together with the roof returns in their normal position where the upper intermediate floor is mechanically locked.
Third phase : The roof rises up totally and so another loading height of 3 blocks of 1.2 m is available. After hydraulically compressing, in one step, the roof returns in his normal (drive ) position.
Aspects of this vehicle :
- Triple and more flexible transport capacity.
- Transport of blocks on floor and intermediate floor by hydraulic operated belt conveyers.
- User (driver) friendly and “ keep it simple “ construction. No sensors, no electronics.
- Low weight construction.
- Wireless remote control wit manual intervention in the event that the remote control fails.
- Normal ground clearance for the hydraulic cylinders.
- Hydraulic cylinders and lifting devices accessible by outside of the side walls.
